Day Camp Programs to be Offered in November and December

The City’s Parks and Recreation Department will be hosting two camps in November and December during the El Rancho Unified School District holiday breaks.

The Fall Camp Program will be held during the Thanksgiving break from Monday, November 24, through Wednesday, November 26. The fee for this camp is $90 per child. Registration will begin on Monday, October 27, at 8:00 a.m.

A three-week Winter Camp will take place during the School District’s planned winter recess from Monday, December 22, 2025, through Friday, January 9, 2026. Fees for the Winter Camp Program are $100 for Week 1, $100 for Week 2, and $140 for Week 3. Fees are per child, per week. Registration for this Camp program will open on Monday, November 3, at 8:00 a.m.

Both Camps are designed for children in Kindergarten through 8th grade. Each camp will include fun-filled days of indoor and outdoor activities, games, arts & crafts, sports, field trips, and more. The camp will run Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with modified hours for December 24 and December 31. The camp will be held at Pico Park, 9528 Beverly Boulevard.

Registrations for Winter Camp will be accepted online at picoriveraca.myrec.com once it opens and will remain open until full occupancy. A MyRec account is required to register for all Recreation programs.
